Rare Petrified Palm Wood from Colorado - 8.3 oz.

This is an amazing piece of fossilized Palm wood from Colorado.  This palm piece has big dark brown and light brown dots with excellent detail. The sides show some long roots from top to bottom.  Not very much palm wood is found in Colorado but a few are out there.  This piece is one of a kind and top shelf quality. 
 
Measurements are about: 2 1/4 inches x 2 inches on the polished face x 2 inches tall, weighs 8.3 oz.
